How we write, what we check, and how to tell us we are wrong
You should be able to tell, on every page, who wrote it, what is measured and what is an estimate, and where a number came from. This page explains how AnyPlace does that. If a page breaks these rules, tell us and we will fix it.
Content last reviewed October 2026.
1. Named authorship on every article
Every article carries a visible byline with a full name, a role and a date, and links to an author profile. Profiles state what that person owns at AnyPlace and list everything they have published. A profile page is how you verify us — it should tell you as much about whether we know the subject as the article itself.
- Authors are employees of AnyPlace and appear on the delivery team page.
- Every article is reviewed by Shruti Mehta, Founder, before publication.
- Publication date and last-reviewed date are shown separately, and change when the content changes.
- Where an author's public profile exists, it is linked. Where it does not, we do not invent one.
2. AI use, and how we label it
AI tools are used for research, outlining and drafting. They are not the author of anything we publish. Every article is written and edited by a named person, and every figure, claim and link is checked against a source before the page goes live — the same standard we apply to titles, meta descriptions, structured data and image alt text, because those are what search engines and AI answers quote.
All imagery on this site is AI-generated illustration. Portraits, diagrams, screenshots and abstract visuals are illustrations we commissioned, not photographs of our team, our office or a client system. Each figure is captioned so you can see what it is. We do not use stock photography of people we do not employ, and we do not publish imagery that could be mistaken for a client screenshot.
3. Sourcing rules for numbers
Published benchmark
Named source, linked, and dated where the source itself is dated. If a figure comes from a study, we link the study — not a vendor homepage that happens to mention it.
Our own delivery experience
Labelled in the text as a rule of thumb from our engagements. These are not published research findings and we do not present them as such.
Third-party pricing or rates
Carries an "as of" date and a source. Where a competitor's public pricing is quoted, we link it and note that it moves.
Our own pricing
Published on a single pricing page, in every currency we quote, so the number you read in a search result is the number on the page. If two AnyPlace pages disagree, that is a bug — please report it.
4. Case studies are labelled as representative
Client names, logos and identifying details are protected under mutual NDA, so every engagement write-up on this site is presented as a representative example of delivery work of that type. The figures describe typical outcomes for engagements of that pattern, not a single named client's public benchmark. We never publish a client's name, logo or screenshot without written permission, and we will give you a reference call under NDA during a serious evaluation.
5. What we will not do
- Publish a statistic we cannot attribute to a source or to our own measured work.
- Present a price band on one page that contradicts the same band on another page.
- Use a fake author name, a stock headshot or a made-up credential to make content look expert.
- Claim an office, a local address or a local phone number we do not have. We have one office, in Hisar, India.
- Publish a review we cannot verify. Google reviews are imported from the live listing and shown as written.
6. Corrections
Email contact@anyplacehub.com with the page URL and what is wrong. Corrections are made, the last-reviewed date changes, and we will tell you if we disagree with you and why.
Editorial policy FAQs
Who writes and reviews the articles on this site?
Every article is written by a named member of the AnyPlace delivery team and reviewed by Shruti Mehta, the founder, before publication. Each article carries a visible byline, role and date, and links to that author's profile page, which lists what they own at the company. Nothing is published anonymously.
Are the illustrations on this site photographs?
No. Every portrait and diagram on AnyPlace is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph of a person, a client system or a screen. They are labelled as illustrations wherever they appear. We do not publish stock photography of people we do not employ, and we do not publish screenshots from client systems.
Do you use AI to write the articles?
AI tools are used for research, outlining and structure. Every published article is then written, checked and edited by a named member of the team, and every number, claim and source link is verified before it goes live. We do not publish machine-generated pages without a human author and a human review.
Where do the statistics come from?
Published figures are either labelled as our own measured experience in delivery work, or attributed to a named public source with a link. Where a number is a rule of thumb rather than a published benchmark, we say so in the text. If we cannot source a number, we do not publish it.
Are the case studies real client projects?
They are representative write-ups of delivery work of that type. Client-identifying details, client names and logos are protected under mutual NDA, so every case study on this site is labelled a representative example and its figures describe typical outcomes for engagements of that pattern rather than a single named client's public benchmark. We do not publish a client's name or logo without written permission.
How do I report an error or request a correction?
Email contact@anyplacehub.com with the page URL and what needs correcting. Corrections are made and the article's last-updated date changes. We would rather fix a page than leave a wrong number standing.
