What happens if the scope changes mid-build?
Staged phases protect both sides: finished stages stay fixed, and new scope becomes a newly priced stage you approve in writing before work starts. Nothing drifts silently into the invoice.
How does the discovery credit work?
The paid discovery fee is subtracted from your build price when you proceed within the agreed window. If you walk away, you keep the scope document, milestones and fixed price.
Can monthly plans be paused or cancelled?
Yes — monthly developers and support roll until you cancel with a month's notice. Code, docs and access transfer to you either way.
