Do you have open roles right now?
Yes — two roles are open now (Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Frontend Engineer). We grow slowly and only when a client engagement needs it, so the list stays small. Send a short note to careers@anyplacehub.com and we will keep it on file.
Do you hire remotely outside India?
Today we work India-based with overlap for India, USA, UK, Australia and Canada clients. Fully remote outside India is evaluated case by case.
What about freelancers or contractors?
We occasionally bring in a specialist contractor for a specific stack. If you fit that pattern, use the same careers contact above.
How long is your hiring process?
Usually two to three steps over a week or two: a short intro call, a paid practical review of a real problem, and a final conversation. We respect your time — no unpaid take-home marathons.
What does compensation look like?
Senior market rates for India, benchmarked against the specific role and your years of experience. We share the band in the first call rather than making you guess.
Do you offer equity or stock options?
AnyPlace is privately held and does not currently offer equity. Compensation is straightforward pay plus performance-linked reviews.
Can I interview the team before accepting?
Yes — you should. Every hire spends time with the colleagues they would work alongside before making a decision.
What equipment and setup do you provide?
A current workstation, monitor, and a one-time setup budget for your workspace. Software and subscriptions you need for client work are on us.
Is there a probation period?
A short, clearly defined ramp period with a written plan and regular check-ins. Both sides confirm the fit before it becomes permanent.
