Software, Apps & Digital Marketing for US Businesses
A senior-led squad that joins your standup at 8am ET, ships in your repository, and leaves you owning every account, repo and domain.
AnyPlace is headquartered in Hisar, India — one real office, verified on Google with published reviews. We serve US clients remotely with a guaranteed daily overlap window, USD fixed-scope contracts, and engineers briefed on the compliance expectations (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2) that US products carry.

Your Morning Is Our Evening — On Purpose
Offshore usually means waiting until tomorrow. We schedule the hard conversations inside your first half of the day, every day.
The window is written into your statement of work before kickoff — not a best-effort promise. When daylight saving shifts the US side by an hour we shift with it, and anything that stays unresolved goes out as a Loom walkthrough plus PR comments before your evening.

US morning, India evening
08:00–12:00 ET daily ↔ 17:30–21:30 IST
Primary overlap — standups, reviews and approvals happen here. Times shift one hour with daylight saving.
West Coast teams
08:00–10:00 PT ↔ 20:30–22:30 IST
Second window for California and Seattle squads — scheduled inside the same Indian workday, not bolted on.
Async outside the window
Loom videos + PR comments by 09:00 ET
Anything not settled live is written down before your next morning starts.
US Compliance Context
Built for the Questionnaires You Get Asked
HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, CCPA — we can't make your product compliant for you, but we build the controls auditors ask about and answer vendor security reviews with evidence from your own pipeline.

HIPAA-adjacent builds
PHI access controls, audit logs and encryption — BAAs scoped where your counsel requires them.
PCI-conscious payments
Card data handled through compliant processors; we keep raw PAN out of your codebase entirely.
SOC 2 evidence
Architecture notes, CI logs and access records your auditor can trace — not a marketing PDF.
CCPA / CPRA data rights
Deletion and export flows designed into the data model, not bolted on before launch.
Pen-test readiness
Clean dependency surface, secrets kept out of the repo and documented data flows — so the tester finds bugs, not surprises.
SSO & access control
SAML/OIDC wiring, role-based permissions and least-privilege admin areas your team can audit.
Incident response runbooks
Logging, alerting and a rehearsed escalation path, so the postmortem isn't written from scratch at 2am.
Data residency & DPAs
Where data lives, who the sub-processors are, signed DPAs and transfer notes before the first sprint.
Who We Work With
US Products We're Useful On
Regulated and revenue-critical products are where a remote squad either proves itself or falls apart — healthtech handling PHI, fintech with card data, D2C brands whose ad spend depends on clean tracking, and SaaS teams shipping to a US release cadence.
We work inside your repo, your ticket board and your security process instead of asking you to adopt ours. Compliance expectations get scoped before kickoff, paid-media measurement is configured before a dollar of spend, and your product manager keeps release control the entire time.

Health-tech & HIPAA-adjacent products
Patient portals, scheduling and intake tools built with PHI access controls, audit logging and BAAs scoped where your counsel requires them.
Fintech & payment platforms
PCI-DSS-conscious payment flows, reconciliation logic and vendor security questionnaires we answer with real evidence, not adjectives.
D2C ecommerce brands
Headless storefronts, Shopify Plus and custom carts wired to Google Ads and Meta with server-side conversion tracking your media buyer trusts.
B2B SaaS teams
MVPs and platform features delivered in your repository with weekly demos — the model that keeps your US product manager in control.
How Engagement Runs
Discovery → Fixed Scope → Weekly Demos
Hourly billing punishes the client for every question. Fixed milestones mean the price you approve is the price you pay — any scope change arrives as a written option you can accept or skip, never as a surprise line on an invoice.
The weekly demo changes the psychology of the project too: instead of a status deck claiming progress, you watch working software inside your overlap window, give feedback the same day, and steer before the next increment gets built.

1. Discovery (1–3 weeks)
$1,200–$2,800, credited if you proceed. Ends with a written scope, architecture sketch and fixed price.
2. Build in your repo
Work happens in your GitHub/GitLab from day one. Your team watches every pull request.
3. Friday demo, every week
Working increments each week at a time inside your overlap window — no month-long silence.
4. Handover or care plan
Full IP assignment, runbooks and recorded walkthroughs. Care plan optional, never required.
Full-Service Range
Build, Grow and Run — Without Three Vendors
Build
Web platforms, portals and mobile apps scoped in fixed milestones. Discovery first (1–3 weeks), then a written scope and a fixed price.
Grow
Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO and AI-search visibility measured on pipeline — not impressions. Tracking configured before spend starts.
Run
Post-launch care plans, cloud ops, security hardening and CRM/ERP — the unglamorous work that keeps US products from rotting after v1.
The full range lives on the service index — or start with the outcome you need.
Proof
Work You Can Inspect Before You Buy
Detailed write-ups of platform builds — billing systems replaced without downtime, storefronts rebuilt without a traffic cliff — plus verified Google reviews from real clients. Named references within your sector can be arranged during serious evaluation.
Contractual basics
- USD fixed-scope contracts, milestone payments
- IP assigned to you — repos, domains, ad accounts stay yours
- Daily ET overlap written into the SOW
- Security & access controls standard on every build
US Client Questions
Compliance, Hours & Payments
Can you work inside our HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements?
Yes — when they're written into scope. We build with least-privilege access, encrypted data at rest and in transit, dependency scanning in CI, and access logs your auditors can review. For SOC 2 we answer vendor questionnaires with architecture notes and evidence from your own repositories. BAAs are signed where your counsel requires them; we don't claim certifications we don't hold.
What timezone do your engineers actually work?
The delivery team works Indian hours (roughly 10:00–19:00 IST) with a guaranteed overlap block every business day: 08:00–12:00 ET is the primary window, and a smaller PT window is available when your squad is on the West Coast. The overlap is written into your statement of work before kickoff.
How do US clients pay?
Contracts and invoices are in USD, milestone-based against a fixed scope — pricing bands are published on our pricing page. Invoices state currency and tax treatment before you sign; wire, ACH or card, whichever your finance team prefers.
Do you replace our in-house team?
No. We plug the gap — extra engineering capacity, a mobile pod, or a marketing function you don't want to hire for. Your product manager stays in charge: backlog priorities, acceptance criteria and release calls remain yours.
What happens after launch?
Care plans from $300–$1,200/month cover monitoring, security patches, uptime checks and a monthly health report. You always keep the repositories, infrastructure accounts and domains — handover is designed so you can fire us without losing anything.
