How do you handle UK GDPR when you're outside the UK?
Distance doesn't change the obligations — it changes the paperwork. Our contracts carry UK GDPR processor terms, access to client systems is least-privilege and logged, and if your product requires UK or EU data residency we scope hosting there (your cloud account, your region) and keep application data from leaving it.
When does your team actually overlap with ours?
All day: 09:00–17:00 London maps to 14:30–22:30 IST in winter and 13:30–21:30 IST in summer. The daily standup typically sits at 09:30 your time, and demos are scheduled inside your working hours — we don't ask partners to dial in at 6am.
Can we be invoiced in GBP?
Contracts and invoices are in USD as published on our pricing page; invoices state currency and tax treatment before you sign. FX is handled by your bank or card at whatever rate you'd get anyway — we don't build hidden margin into conversion.
How does supplier onboarding work for a foreign dev shop?
